“I want to ask about the law in cooperation with non-Muslims in jobs. and legal work in non-Muslim institutions?”
Answer:
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
All worship and praise to Allah, and blessings on greetings to His Apostle.
Generaly, cooperation between Muslims and non-Muslims is allowed, either personal or institutional nature, or even countries. During non-Muslim people were not fighting Islam / Muslims.
Allah swt. sayed: God doesn't forbid you to do well and fair with the people who don't fight against you and your religion, and don't expel you from your country (QS. Almumtahanah: 8-9).
Actually, Allah loves the justice. Allah only forbid you make a cooperation with the people who fight against you because of religion, or expel you from your country. And whoever made them as a friend, they are the ones who called dhalim.
This verse isn't just encourage people to be fair between Islam and non-Muslim who doesn't fight against the Muslims because of religion. But more than that, we are commanded to do birr (good). Birr (good) is a word that contains all the meaning of kindness, more than a fair attitude.

Also in muamalah, buying and selling, business, we allowed make a cooperate with non Muslims. Even that Muslims also allowed to ask them for assistance in skill matters isn’t related with religious matters. Such as medical, industry, agriculture and so on.
We can see in the sirah (history) of the Prophet, when the Prophet Muhammad saw. takes the Abdullah bin Uraiqith (non-muslim) to be a guide in hijrah journey. The scholars' commented on this history, the non-muslims existence is doesn’t matter. Because the important things in this case is a guide.
However, parties that we asked for assistance must be the people those have a positive view about Muslims. And there are many narrations that explain about cooperation between Rasulullah and Jews or polytheists.

Cooperate in humanitarian matters with non-Muslims, that's fine. As in paragraph one above. As long as they don't fight the Muslims. That is during the institution where we work, there no purpose to fight Islam. Besides that, it also does not harm you as a Muslim.
If the institution that we are working there is no elements of it all, and not harm us as a Muslim, it wouldn't be a problem. If our presence in these institutions can influence and make a control so as not run out from the humanitarian mission, it is a positive contribution itself.
So, if on contract that must be agreed we have to use their symbol, it is returned to the benefits and the losses. Is there anything intended to use the symbol, for example we have to wear a cross as a symbol of Catholics struggle? It is certainly forbidden by the Shari'a.
But if the using symbols is just for the humanitarian assistance, then it's not a problem. However, for the record, if institutions it is purely for humanitarian aid, of course there is no compulsion to use the symbols.
